SUGGESTED USE: 1mL (20 drops) 1 to 3 times a day, or as needed for discomfort. Not to exceed 3x daily with regular use, for acute situations can take an extra dose or 2 in a 24 hour hour period but only do so for a couple days . My pain in my knees is not as noticeable when I use this daily.

I don't use over the counter products. This works very well for headaches, sinus aches and overworked muscles. I stacked two cords of fire wood in one day and was a bit achy. This took the aches away and I slept soundly.

You need to try this.

Works well. My go to for any aches and pains instead of ibuprofen or tylenol.
