INGREDIENTS: USP Glycerin, Distilled water, Stinging Nettle leaf, Elderflowers, Butterbur Herb, Peppermint leaf, Mullein Leaf, Lungwort herb, Horehound leaf, Licorice Root.

Allergy Defense

I have ordered this a few times and found that it really helps with my sinus issues and coughing. I alternate it with Breathe Easy and Allergy Elixir. Love the taste!

Truly, the best for people with allergies!

I have asthma, and this product helps so much with the cough, runny nose, and sneezing. I put one full dropper, under my tongue and hold it there for a minute or two if possible. Then swallow it!
I normally use it twice a day!
It is a wonderful product, and has helped me so much!
