Lose your type 2 diabetes diagnosis
I’ve been talking to a LOT of people with type 2 diabetes every single week. There are 90 million Americans with non alcoholic fatty liver disease, most have never even heard of it. Diabetes is killing more people than cancer currently, I assure you , that you want to find out what it is, the cause, how you can keep from getting it and get rid of it if you have it.
If you have type 2 diabetes you have a fatty/malfunctioning liver. If you have a fatty liver and do not yet have a diabetes diagnosis it’s only a matter of time.
I’m here to tell you right now, there is a way to reverse or prevent it and more than 90% of it is diet related. This is going to be a multiple part discussion. I’ll start with the first steps. The easy ones to say, the hard ones for many to accept, and quite literally the easiest to start and do right now.
Stop ALL soda . Do it now. Today. Immediately
Omit ALL high fructose corn syrup from every part of your diet (read labels.. don’t buy it)
Stop consuming ALL hydrogenated fats in any food item
Drink copious amounts of water with either lots of lemon or lots of raw apple cider vinegar in EVERY glass
Do not buy or consume ANY food item that says fat free, low fat, lite, sugar free etc.
STOP consuming processed grains (flour) of any kind
stop snacking and close your window of eating time. Advice to eat 6-8 small meals daily was some of the most detrimental in our history.
If you say that you cannot do these things to save your life, to get your life back, or that they couldn’t work then you can quit reading now. I promise you that they do work and the changes you will see and feel immediately will amaze you!
I assure you that reversing or preventing type 2 diabetes is TOTALLY possible. There’s a formula and the ONLY way to do it . It doesn’t work if you don’t do it.
If you do it,
it CANNOT fail.
