Ingredients: Organic chamomile, organic peppermint, organic hops, organic lavender flower, organic valerian root, organic Indian green tea decaffeinated, organic scullcap herb, organic California Poppy flower, organic wood betony, organic catnip herb and organic stevia leaf.

Suggested Use: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea or use in a tea ball strainer. Steep 3-4 Minutes
