Suggested Use: Bring 2 heaping tbsp of tea per quart of water just to a boil, cover turn off heat and let steep for 4+ hours. It can be covered and left to steep and decoct overnight for even results. Strain and squeeze and warm and sweeten if desired. Drink warm or chill. Refrigerate for up to a week.
