Directions: (to make a qt) Pour boiling water over 1-2 tbsp cover and let steep 8-24 hours strain. Warm gently to sweeten if desired and either drink or chill and drink over ice. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

*This blend is often made in large quantities and refrigerated as its scrumptious cold over ice. It ideally also should be steeped at least 2 hours and up to 24 is even better to extract all properties especially from the roots.
